Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves creating engaging, meaningful activities that enhance the quality of life for our active senior residents. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for recreational therapy and a genuine desire to foster a vibrant, inclusive community where seniors can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and implement a diverse calendar of recreational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of active seniors

- Assess residents’ needs and preferences to create personalized activity programs

- Lead group activities, outings, and special events that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation

- Collaborate with staff and family members to ensure activities support residents’ well-being and engagement

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment during all activities

- Document participation and feedback to continually improve program offerings

Skills and Qualifications:

- Training in recreational therapy or a related field

- Experience working with active seniors in a recreational or therapeutic setting

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and engage residents of diverse backgrounds and abilities

- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative activities
