You are: 

A Lead Application Development Analyst is a senior technical professional who guides the analysis, design, and development of software applications. They lead a team of analysts, providing expertise and mentorship throughout the software development lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating detailed specifications, and overseeing the development process to ensure alignment with business needs.

The work: 

  • Interacts with clients to understand and document business requirements & conducts business process analysis
  • Conducts code reviews, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, driving innovation and efficiency within the application development team

 Here’s what you need:

  • Business Analysis experience for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition OR similar experience

Eligibility Requirements

  • Candidates MUST be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency, from the date of legal entry, as an LPR.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
$100,500—$147,500 USD
