You Are:
A Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications. They possess a strong understanding of Pega architecture, frameworks, and best practices.
The Work:
- The SSA works closely with Lead System Architects and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to testing and deployment.
- Contributes to the technical design, writes code, performs debugging, and ensures the overall functionality and performance of Pega applications.
- Mentoring junior developers and sharing their expertise to enhance the team's capabilities.

- Experience in a training environment developing Pega applications
- Demonstrated abilities developing a Pega application
Bonus Point:
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; Engineer/Computer Science undergraduate degree ideal
Eligibility Requirements:
- Candidates MUST be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency, from the date of legal entry, as an LPR
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
$98,500—$133,500 USD
