At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Wax assembler Trainee to join our team in Groton, Connecticut!
Hours – 40 hours a week – 6am – 2:30pm
Salary – The trainee hourly rate is $18.19, there is quick development and once trained after 2-3 months you will move to $19.41

The roles
This role requires a steady hand, sharp attention to detail, and manual dexterity as you carefully inspect and assemble gates to wax patterns. Using hot knives, torches, and hand tools that resemble the likes of dental tools, you’ll ensure each piece meets the highest standards. You’ll also work as part of a team, performing team lifts to flip and dip delicate wax moulds with care.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands on very detailed and intricate tasks. If you're into arts and crafts or enjoy working with small tools, you'll excel in this position!
