At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our team at Doncasters Trucast US in Newberry South Carolina.

The Role
This is a varied business support role allowing you the opportunity to work on a variety of activities independently and as part of a team. As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the organizations accounting department. Responsible for tasks such as; transactional processing, credit control, purchase ledger and fixed assets ledger to ensure correct recording in accordance with Group accounting policies. The Accounting Manager will also be responsible for the preparation and review of all monthly balance sheet reconciliations, general sub-ledger submissions, trial balance and account analyses.
- Preperation of day-to-day journal entries
- Lead the team in internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Analyze data to create and present financial reports
- Ability to track KPI performance and generate financial forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensuring adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.

- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience within a Manufacturing Environment.
- Previous experience with financial reporting software tools and ERP systems, preferably Hyperion.
- Keen eye for detail and problem solving.
