1. Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between Sales, and Data/Strategy, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
2. Pipeline & Sales Intelligence: Track opportunities, maintain CRM data, and support market intelligence efforts.
3. Automation & Processes: Set up and optimise workflows, outreach sequences, and reporting dashboards to improve sales efficiency.
4. Product Feedback: Gather feedback from sales to enhance product positioning and go-to-market efforts.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity about data, automation, and market trends
3. Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
4. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot), sales automation platforms, and B2B SaaS or fintech environments preferred
