Intern - Market Research presso Lilly

The role is responsible for partnering and working along with LMRI team based out at LCCI in executing global market research projects and managing a consistent, timely market research process across global products. Over a six months internship period, internship candidates will be exposed to learn & work across end-to-end project lifecycle that includes finalizing questionnaires, managing data collection with external supplier, data analysis & synthesis, interpreting results, cross-referencing secondary sources, and reporting findings. 

The minimum job requirements for role includes:

• Foundational understanding of pharmaceutical industry and latest trends
• Interest & strong zeal to build career in Market Research
• Knowledge on application of Market Research in product lifecycle and journey
• Exposure to Quantitative MR and / or Secondary MR & Social Listening during earlier internship opportunities
• Graduate / Postgraduate from reputed educational institutions with key focus on B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MBA – Pharma & Biotechnology / Microbiology specialized candidates
• Willingness to learn and strong potential to apply skills & abilities in challenging work environment
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sound knowledge and hands-on on MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
