Overview
At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. As part of our Social Media team, the Social Care team plays a vital role in managing our brand's presence across social platforms, engaging meaningfully with consumers and healthcare professionals (HCPs), and ensuring timely and empathetic responses. We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join the Social Care team for a 6-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media community management and digital engagement strategies.
Key Objectives/Deliverables
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across Lilly’s social media channels.
- Trend Analysis: Track and report on social media trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content and brand teams to align responses and engagement strategies with campaign goals.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Insights & Reporting: Provide reports on engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Basic Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Empathy-driven approach to customer engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented with stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Public Relations, or a related field. - Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) are also encouraged to apply, especially those with an interest in healthcare communications and patient engagement.
