We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Development Manager to join our team. This individual will serve as a key ambassador of our values and play a central role in expanding and nurturing our base of high-value clients across the city of Paris.

Role responsibilities

The Client Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the strategic development, engagement, and acquisition of high-value clients. This role combines thoughtful relationship management with proactive initiatives to expand the client base, while elevating the overall clienteling experience in alignment with Brunello Cucinelli’s humanistic values.

The successful candidate will define and implement tailored strategies to cultivate a sense of community, exclusivity, and timeless elegance throughout the city of Paris.

In particular, the candidate will be responsible for:
 

Client Development Strategy:

  • Design and implement a regional strategy to support client growth and reinforce brand positioning.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing client-specific action plans to enhance performance across the high-value segment.

  • Collaborate with CRM Coordinators, Store Managers, and Retail teams to ensure client KPIs are fully integrated into store objectives.

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Grow and manage a robust portfolio of high-value clients through personalized engagement strategies.

  • Analyze customer data and purchase behaviors to identify growth potential and optimize client segmentation.

  • Work closely with the CRM team to monitor and report on client performance, opportunities, and trends.
     

Clienteling and Unique Client Experience:

  • Define and implement elevated clienteling standards and services that reflect the humanistic values of Brunello Cucinelli.

  • Organize exclusive experiences, private appointments, and bespoke events tailored to individual client interests.

  • Accompany high-value clients during exceptional brand moments such as exhibition openings, major store inaugurations, Fashion Week, fashion shows, and other key events to foster emotional connection and brand loyalty.

  • Train, support, and inspire retail teams to deliver exceptional service while continuously enhancing their clienteling skills and long-term relationship-building capabilities.
     

New Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new high-value clients through partnerships, networking events, and luxury brand activations.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and PR teams to identify exposure opportunities that resonate with our clientele.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury hotel concierges, art galleries, and other premium lifestyle partners.
     

Relations with Personal Shoppers and Stylists:

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with personal shoppers, stylists, and fashion advisors to increase brand visibility and client referrals.

  • Monitor and analyze the impact of these relationships on business performance, with a focus on sustainable growth.

  • Define clear objectives and action plans to drive sales related to these external partners, in line with regional business goals.

  • Ensure that the experiences offered to referred clients align with the expectations and values of both the brand and the referring partners

  • Provide these professionals with tailored support, tools, and brand insights to foster loyalty and elevate the collaborative journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience in the role, demonstrating a solid track record in leading client development initiatives and driving business growth within the luxury environment. 

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury sector or high-end hospitality is essential, ensuring a solid understanding of the expectations and highly personalized service required by the clientele. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, together with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an innate capacity to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds, adapting their approach with empathy and discretion.

Fluency in both French and English is mandatory. Italian will be considered a valuable asset.
