We’re looking for an energetic Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our repair services team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting service operations, and ensuring every client receives top-quality care.

Compensation:
Salary plus commission for all in at 70-100k a year.
This is a full-time position.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with dealership standards
Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate repair estimates
Advise customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
Accurately document repair and service orders in CDK
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Provide timely updates to customers on repair status, estimates, and pick-up times
Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
