We’re seeking a licensed School Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our product team as a Clinical Product Specialist, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and cutting-edge assessment technology. You’ll help shape product development, support sales efforts, and champion evidence-based assessment practices that drive better outcomes for individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
Key Accountabilities:
Serve as the clinical voice guiding assessment platform design and refinement.
Conduct engaging product demos for administrators, clinicians, and district leaders.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to create presentations, case studies, and training materials.
Partner with the product and development teams to ensure clinical accuracy and value.
Represent CentralReach at trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate the ROI of assessment technology.
Provide clinical support in sales processes, leveraging your expertise in special education and evaluation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Doctoral or Specialist degree in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
Current licensure/certification as a school or clinical psychologist
Strong experience with standardized and developmental assessments (including autism and IDD)
Knowledge of FBA/BIP development and evidence-based behavioral interventions
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Comfortable with technology demonstrations and customer-facing interactions
BCBA certification in addition to psychology credentials is preferred
Familiarity with tools like ADOS-2, ADI-R, Vineland-3, ABLLS-3, AFLS is preferred
Experience with digital assessment platforms or computerized adaptive testing is preferred
Background in early intervention, school-based services, or transition programs is preferred
Experience in training, consultation, or professional development is preferred
Understanding of special education compliance and IEP processes is preferred
Exposure to sales support or edtech business development is preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - 115,000. Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including education, experience, skills, and location. The range listed is a good faith estimate of base pay for the role, and final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the selected candidate. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
