What you’ll do: 
You will be providing CX Customer (back-office)
Support experience for a Streaming video platform
Channels: Dual Chat and e-mail

Work from the Office - Onsite
Location: Alcántara / Lacs Conde D 'Óbidos / Lisbon

Key responsibilities | main tasks:
• Customer Support for monetization purposes

• Understand and remain up to date with client's policies and guidelines
• Support with Account and Settings
• Policy, Safety and Copyright management

Skills you have:
• Native German speaking level
• Excellent command of English
• Multi-tasking ability
• A high stress resistance
• Good communication skills, both verbal and oral
• Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit
• Strongly organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills as well as being able to understand that an Operation is an ever-changing organism
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard

• Good research skills
