ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Commercial Sales Manager – Italy will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Sales and Business Development including identifying new sales opportunities within existing and future market segments and distribution channels, then converting them into sales.
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand customer needs and build / maintain a strong customer / dealer relationship
  • Generate new sales opportunities through calling, event management, social media, growing current accounts, and channel partners
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Manage sales forecast
  • Review sales orders
  • Utilize business development and marketing to achieve sales targets
  • Report sales relevant information to management
     

YOUR PROFILE:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Creative and entrepreneurial
  • Customer and solution oriented
  • Structured and target oriented
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team
  • Experienced in telephone sales
  • Native or fluent in Italian and a good working knowledge of English
  • Additional languages will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferably Salesforce.com
