Your Role

Sales Account Manager – Hospitality & Residential

 

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Country Field Sales team in the Hospitality & Residential segment based in Gold Coast/Brisbane. This role brings plenty of variety, with a strong focus on new business development and account management.

As a Technogym salesperson, you’re ambitious, highly professional, credible in the H&R world, and a true team player. You’ll build lasting relationships with hotels, resorts, and premium residential projects while managing a diverse portfolio of products, services, and wellness solutions.

Your Impact

  • Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets

  • Drive new business and maximize market potential

  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update CRM

  • Strengthen customer satisfaction and provide market feedback on trends

  • Build and maintain client relationships while seeking new opportunities

  • Manage territory and conduct customer/prospect visits in line with sales code

About You

Who you are:
You’re passionate about fitness, enthusiastic, proactive, yet down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive mindset, strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you should bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, ideally with exposure to real estate development

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

  • Proven experience managing complex deals and selling solutions

  • Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills

  • Solid CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a plus

  • Result-oriented mindset

  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
