Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize the value of CRM within our organization.
• Assist business teams in understanding the ecosystem or elaborate their requirements.
• Assess value & prioritize them into stories, epics and then focus on those with the highest value that are aligned with our product and project strategy.
• Drive deployment, development of CRM related systems, tools and processes.
• Guarantee user adoption via training, communication and documentation.
• Generate insights for our business users through dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with  the business in testing and validation of new features.

Competencies and skills:

• Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree or have relevant work experience in sales related area.
• Fluent English language skills are essential. Good French language skills are desirable.
• Always looking for new ideas to create innovative and better ways to make our organization successful.
• Getting energized by interacting with people and putting yourself in their shoes to drive customer engagement and activity.
