Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing internal and external marketing strategies to support business growth, client engagement, and brand consistency. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on digital platforms, CRM administration, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Internal & External Marketing
· Develop and manage internal communications, newsletters, and educational content.
· Oversee external marketing campaigns including public newsletters and partner communications.
· Review and update marketing materials to ensure alignment with branding.
· Build and maintain a positive company culture through collaborative initiatives.
• Digital Platforms & CRM Administration
· Administer and optimize platforms (e.g., HubSpot and 6sense) for lead generation and marketing automation.
· Integrate HubSpot with Q360, ensuring data quality and leveraging insights.
· Manage Reputation platform and CodeTwo for reputation and email signature management.
• Content Creation & Campaign Management
· Create and curate client stories, blog posts, and social media content.
· Develop outreach strategies including email content and automated workflows.
· Customize vendor content for brand differentiation in campaigns.
• Web Presence & SEO
· Build and monitor online presence including local SEO and Google Business Profile.
· Track website performance and maintain SharePoint resources.
· Respond to online reviews and set up automated responses.
• Process Improvement & Documentation
· Create playbooks and documentation for marketing processes and CRM usage.
· Organize shared files and marketing documents.
• Collaboration & Training
· Work with executive and service teams to build thought leadership.
· Assist with onboarding and training of sales team members.
· Participate in proposal reviews and event planning.
• Metrics & Reporting
· Track KPIs, dashboards, and lead metrics from lead generation tools.
· Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience in marketing management, preferably in IT services.
· Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to analyze data and optimize processes.
· Experience with SEO, web analytics, and reputation management.
· Collaborative mindset and cross-functional experience.
· Project management skills and multitasking ability.
