Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a Repair Technician in Pasco, WA. This role is responsible for performing advanced techniques across various construction trades, responding to both emergency and non-emergency service jobs. In addition to general repair work, the technician will also perform professional carpet cleaning services using specialized equipment and methods.

What you will do:

• Perform light carpentry, framing, drywall, paint, trim and other aspects of common repair work.
• Prepare rooms / areas for work activities to include setting up staging areas, equipment and content protection.
• Perform professional carpet cleaning services.
• Assess carpet condition and determine appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to include securely storing equipment and supplies while not in use.
• Interface with customers and relay information to Project Manager or Superintendent when appropriate.
• Complete paperwork, upload documents, and provide job updates into database as needed.
• Complete punch list items with attention to detail.
• Maintain equipment in clean and working condition.
• Ensures tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.
• Ensure the company vehicle is fully stocked at all times and travel to a nearby home improvement store to purchase needed items.
• Monitor the safety, security, efficiency, and appearance of the company vehicle and appearance of job sites.
• Assist with demolition and general clean up as needed.
• Participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours service calls.
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in construction, restoration, or related trades
• 2+ years of equipment maintenance preferred
• Carpet cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Skilled in general repairs: carpentry, drywall, painting, and trim
• Safe and correct use of tools and cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility with tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and mobile tech
• Eligible to drive per company policy
• Physically able to perform manual labor and lift equipment
