We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams across various projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to support distributed teams working across different time zones. Experience in the medical or healthcare industry, particularly with documentation standards and compliance, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Coordinate across time zones to ensure effective communication and collaboration among global teams.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project health.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with medical industry standards, including documentation practices, regulatory requirements, and data privacy protocols.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • SAFe® certifications such as: SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with medical industry documentation standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance).
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for project planning and resource management.
