Lifesteps is accepting applications for a temporary, office administrative role based in the Human Resources department in Butler, PA. With an employee going on maternity leave, we have a need to fill a position temporarily for 3 months.


POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Recruitment Support Clerk is responsible for clerical and office support for the recruitment team.  

Job duties could include:  conducting background checks on perspective hires, calling for professional references, data entry into excel spreadsheets, email monitoring, uploading of resumes into our Applicant Tracking System, creating letters and memos, answering employee inquiries, document creation and review, assist with setting up orientation room weekly, and other clerical duties.

The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.   40 hours per week.   Assignment is Approximately - November 2025 through January 2026.      Butler, PA location

(Can consider part-time hours, at least 3 days per week.)


QUALIFICATIONS: 

Required: 

  • High School Diploma/GED and at least one (1) year of clerical, business or office experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information in a responsible manner
  • Current driver’s license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle

Preferred: 

  • Experience working in the Human Resources field
