Catch Health by American Health Marketplace is a pillar in the health insurance industry and has built one of the largest and most trusted agencies in the country. Every day, we help thousands of families secure coverage, navigate their options and protect their health and financial well-being. With that, our team is growing and we’re looking to add strong sales managers to manage and develop teams. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue, along with motivating and growing a team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Develop and Maintain a competent and qualified team of 25-50 insurance agents
  • Achieve sales objectives and utilize our AI systems to track performance and gain insights
  • Implement actions and strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Ensure your team is adequately trained and prepared to implement a uniform sales process and maintain compliance
  • Manage in accordance with industry best practices, CMS requirements and company standards. 
  • Meet with senior leadership to review performance and work with senior leadership to provide applicable solutions and strategies to improve metrics.
  • Conduct regular sales trainings with your team, one on ones and track attendance

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Sales Manager experience 
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead a diverse sales team and stay composed under pressure
  • Ability to work with a state of the art AI systems, Google/Office Products, internal CRMs and Dialers, etc
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to multitask 
  • Strong Interpersonal skills; outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation/presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success with growing sales volume
  • Must be comfortable working on camera with Zoom or Zoom equivalent 
  • Must be willing to obtain a 2-15 or 2-40insurance license within 90-120 days
  • Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL 
  • Bilingual is a PLUS but not a requirement

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
