The Impact You'll Make

 As Strategic HVAC OEM Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for growing top line revenue from the sales of Danfoss Drives products & solutions, through sustaining share of wallet with existing Key Accounts, development of new sales opportunities and expanding the share of existing accounts. You will have a close collaboration together with, product managers, and application engineering in business unit to serve Best in class Experience to our Strategic OEMs

What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Work with OEMs/Key Accounts (HVAC)to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets in defined territory.

• Develop and execute a business plan, and build targeted account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline. Align with sales leaders on strategic accounts and growth targets across market segments

• Build customer relationships at a strategic level with Key Account best practices. Establish strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders in existing and new accounts

• Managing leads, opportunities in the Salesforce/CRM system

• Drive strategic Profitability initiatives and Business planning.

• Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure Customer satisfaction on key business parameters like Fulfillment, Application support & Product Quality.

• Build and maintain quality internal relationships across the organization, work effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver Best Customer Experience.

• Meet/exceed annual sales targets, pipeline targets and performance KPIs.

 

What We're Looking For

 

10+ years’ experience in Direct sales, Business development, Key Account Management within the HVAC, Electrical & Electronics industry combined with bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Demonstrated success in developing and effectively implementing sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs and drive business results.

• Ability to construct detailed sales plans, develop, conduct training seminars, make presentations, and prepare quotes and tenders

• Strong customer facing presentation and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated customer relationship management experience.

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the industry and competitor trends.

• Ability to proactively engage with both corporate and site-based external stakeholders and clients.
