Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and proactive Outbound BDR to drive pipeline growth by identifying, mapping, and engaging strategic accounts in the carbon market. This role will focus on cold outreach, building relationships with key stakeholders, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Research and map strategic accounts within the carbon markets to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by leveraging tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to align on target accounts and messaging.
- Qualify prospects against Fastmarkets’ ICP and set high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
- 1+ year of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or sales roles within the carbon ecosystem.
- Experience working with carbon-related products, markets, or prospects is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in our London office).
