The OpportunityÂ
In a rapidly evolving marketplace, Arupâs Marketing, Communications, and Business Development (MCBD) team plays a vital role in building our brand, deepening client relationships, winning quality work, and attracting top talent. Weâre looking for a dynamic Services MCBD Coordinator to join our UKIMEA team and help deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that support our strategic market and client ambitions.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Support implementation of regional marketing and communications plansÂ
Coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns including web, social media, email, and eventsÂ
Liaise with country and office-based MCBD teams to align activitiesÂ
Assist with internal communications related to MCBD initiativesÂ
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reportsÂ
Support high-priority client events (virtual and in-person)Â
Manage logistics including suppliers, venues, and speaker coordinationÂ
Promote Arupâs award wins and project stories across platformsÂ
Maintain campaign and event calendars and sales support materialsÂ
Conduct desktop research and prepare market trend reportsÂ
Â
Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
Experience of working in a professional/business settingÂ
Strong writing and editing skillsÂ
Experience creating content for social media, websites, and email campaignsÂ
Proven event coordination experienceÂ
Â
Desirable SkillsÂ
Understanding of the built environment and design/engineering sectorsÂ
Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms like MarketoÂ
Membership in a relevant professional bodyÂ
Active in professional networks and industry best practicesÂ
Â
Personal AttributesÂ
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skillsÂ
Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectivelyÂ
Proactive and collaborative team playerÂ
Highly organised and pragmaticÂ
