The Sheffield Connection: Regular trips to the Sheffield Office (approx. 4 days a month) are essential.

We started Goodlord to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. As Generation Rent has grown, so have the expectations for a more digital, seamless experience. We knew we could provide a solution.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the company’s Revenue and EBITDA targets.

  • Lead and support a team of 15 Account Managers across our Sheffield and London offices. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback via managers, hiring and developing talent, and fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-driven team culture.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional value.

  • Lead the adoption of innovative digital tools and technologies to enhance account management processes.

  • Oversee, as a key stakeholder, the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of our CRM systems.


What we need from you:

  • Proven track record in leading successful account management teams with demonstrable P&L impact.

  • Experience managing managers, with at least two direct reports, and oversight of a team of at least 10 individuals.

  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.

  • Experienced in a digital environment, managing large customer bases.
