We are seeking an Occupational Health Clinic Nurse Supervisor to lead our Monogram Occupational Health Clinic operations. This role plays a key part in supporting employee health, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and driving health and wellness initiatives across all MRO locations.As the Clinic Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and provide direct care to employees. This role combines leadership, hands-on clinical work, and program management to advance our occupational health programs and create a safe, supportive environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, including staff supervision and conflict resolution
- Ensuring compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Planning and implementing Occupational Health programs such as medical surveillance, post-offer physicals, health promotion activities, and worksite needs assessments
- Supporting financial and programmatic goals of the medical operation
- Managing clinic equipment, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with stakeholders including Occupational Health Leadership, Plant Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HR, Case Management, Workers’ Compensation teams, and vendors
- Participating in safety and HR meetings related to medical care, wellness, healthcare costs, emergency response, and accommodations
- Coordinating and conducting training and medical response drills for First Aid Responders
- Providing triage, treatment, referral, follow-up, and emergency care in accordance with medical protocols, with documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Performing medical surveillance testing such as pulmonary function, audiometric, and vision screenings, as well as Mobile Equipment Operator physicals
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee health records and providing EAP referrals as needed
- Managing clinic inventory and providing health-related counseling within the scope of nursing practice
*Occasionally working evenings to conduct training sessions or in response to health emergencies
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license
- Associate Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in occupational health, public health, or a related field
- 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of case management, workers’ compensation, ADA, and OSHA regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects
- Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills across all levels of the workforce
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AI, EMR systems)
- Ability to stand and walk in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or similar credential
- Certification in Hearing Conservation (COHC), Spirometry, and/or UDS/BAT collection
- Prior leadership or Emotional Intelligence training
