As one of our Inside Sales & Sales Specialists based at our Melbourne, FL headquarters, you'll engage directly with prospective customers and dealers, support quoting and product configuration, and help ensure the sales process flows smoothly from first contact through fulfillment.

In this role, you’ll work across departments and with external partners, making a real impact on how we support dealers, engage with sales leads, and keep our internal processes sharp and aligned.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up with leads, trade show contacts, or webinar participants.
- Assist with quoting, product configuration, pricing responses, and sales proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring lead status, follow-up activity, and customer interactions are accurately tracked.
- Enter, validate, and manage sales orders in ERP and CRM systems.
- Coordinate dealer onboarding, account updates, and communication during order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support lead generation activities, trade shows, and internal reporting.
- Help troubleshoot order delays or data gaps in coordination with technical support and field sales.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or sales operations.
- Confidence communicating with dealers and prospective customers in early-stage sales conversations.
- Strong organization and follow-through across tasks, tools, and communication.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and experience supporting sales processes from lead to fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with cross-functional teams.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with general aviation or avionics products.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Infusionsoft, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Exposure to quoting workflows, order coordination, or trade show engagement.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- A pilot’s license or flight training background.
