We’re looking for an experienced and driven Interim Head of Sales Operations for Bolt Business in Tallinn. You’ll be responsible for stepping into this temporary leadership role to deliver immediate impact by leading the Sales Operations team, building and scaling the organisation, devising the overall strategy, and managing the execution of initiatives that support and improve the business.

 

This is a fixed-term contract.

About the role

As Interim Head of Sales Operations for Bolt Business, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, building and leading a global sales operations organisation. You’ll quickly help shape the strategy, drive execution, and ensure the sales teams across all markets are enabled to succeed during the contract. From sales intelligence to process optimisation, you’ll be at the centre of how Bolt Business grows and scales, delivering initiatives that create measurable results within the timeframe.

 




Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a global team of Sales Operations Managers and specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance throughout the contract period.
  • Develop and execute the sales operations strategy, with a focus on initiatives that deliver fast, high-impact results.
  • Create and optimise processes across CRM, sales workflows, commissions, and contract management to strengthen efficiency within the timeframe.
  • Own sales intelligence and reporting, leveraging data and insights to guide quick decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Enable sales success by providing training, tools, and lead generation processes that set the team up for sustainable growth beyond the interim period.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to manage change, drive adoption, and remove blockers within the defined timeframe.




 

About you:

 

  • You have extensive experience in B2B sales operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • You are a strategic leader with proven ability to rapidly design and execute sales ops strategies that deliver results within limited timeframes.
  •  You bring strong team leadership experience, having built and developed high-performing global or regional teams, even in transition periods.
  •  You’re a CRM expert (ideally Salesforce) with strong analytical skills to turn data into immediate, actionable insights.
  • You excel in process optimisation and have a track record of delivering efficiency improvements under tight deadlines.
    You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, thriving in dynamic, short-term, impact-driven settings.
  • You can effectively communicate in English, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
