This is a full-time position located in Fort Worth, TX and allows for BNSF’s current hybrid work schedule
Travel is 25-30%
Training for this position is provided through a variety of methods including individual learning, hands on, project work and team learning assignments
Key responsibilities may include:
Lead with partnership with the Talent Management team, the onboarding logistics for all new college recruiting and Experienced First Line Supervisor hires and interns
Process ownership with various vendors including event management, college and military recruitment campaigns and college contact tools and processes
Responsible for management of various departmental partnerships to ensure we have the right KPI’s to support recruitment processes
Manage data from a variety of sources to assist with recruiting strategy and sourcing, and provide reporting and trend analysis on various recruiting metrics
Attend a variety of college, community and military events to assist with recruiting top talent
Create and distribute a variety of communication vehicles for potential candidates as well as candidates in process
Project management for a variety of HR and Talent Acquisition projects
Support various additional recruitment efforts as needed
Build strong relationships with universities and military installations
Partner with the Corporate Communications team to design branded ads on college campuses, military bases, various communities via social media channels, and manage the recruitment materials, both physical and digital
Management of group email box for candidates, matrix and others
Daily work is conducted in a safety indoor office environment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources, or a related field.
- Must be detail-oriented and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or relevant field
- One year experience utilizing SuccessFactors, Phenom or another CRM and ATS system
- Prior experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- Previous experience with implementing technical and/or process automation
