Our website www.onfy.de launched in November 2021, and since then it has developed into an online platform that offers consumers the unique ability to order and to receive health products from several pharmacies at once with low prices and fast delivery.We are an agile, rapidly growing team of forward thinkers, and we believe in people who want to change the world of health for the better using the latest technology available.
We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer — a strategic leader who will be building, optimizing, and overseeing Onfy marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on driving customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize existing marketing processes
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that is aligned with product development and commercial objectives, balancing out both performance and retention marketing measures
- Build and manage the marketing team, providing clear direction and objective
- Optimize marketing channel mix to ensure its best performance and outputs
- Take a hands-on approach to key initiatives like email campaigns and managing the CRM to improve customer retention
- Strategically build credibility with consumers and pharmacies through all marketing efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably, in the German market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively build and manage teams
- Highly analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, CRM management and retention marketing
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Fluency in English
Preferred
- Experience in regulated categories (healthtech, fintech, insurance)
- Fluent German
