The OpportunityÂ
Join Arupâs Strategy Office and play a pivotal role in shaping the firmâs strategic direction. Working closely with the Executive Board, the Chief Strategy Officer, and COOs for Business & Markets and Performance & Operations, youâll support the delivery and impact measurement of Arupâs corporate strategy. This global, internally focused role is designed to strengthen market insight capabilities and deliver strategic recommendations that guide key decisions across the firm.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Deliver biannual strategy reviews and support strategic projects in collaboration with the Global Corporate Strategy LeadÂ
Lead strategic analyses on market entry, growth, performance optimization, and transformationÂ
Provide expertise in market sizing, competitive analysis, scenario planning, and ROI modellingÂ
Support Board-level strategy initiatives and quarterly KPI reviewsÂ
Coordinate cross-functional teams and integrate diverse data sources into strategic recommendationsÂ
Manage external consultants and ensure alignment with internal expectationsÂ
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of market intelligence and strategic benchmarksÂ
Collaborate with portfolio leaders to align business plans with global strategyÂ
Develop tools and methodologies to grow Arupâs Market Insights functionÂ
Contribute to firm-wide initiatives including capability building and long-term strategic planningÂ
Â
Success MeasuresÂ
Delivery of two strategy reviews and five strategic support projects annuallyÂ
Strengthening of KPI frameworks and balanced scorecard processesÂ
Development of internal and external networks to support strategic initiativesÂ
Â
Required Skills & ExperienceÂ
Experience within strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally in a global contextÂ
Expertise in Arupâs core sectors: transport, energy, and propertyÂ
Degree in business, economics, public policy, or related fieldÂ
Strong analytical skills and experience with strategic modelling toolsÂ
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with executive stakeholdersÂ
