ECHO Robotics is seeking a Product Knowledge Specialist to join our rapidly expanding robotics division. This exciting opportunity involves becoming an expert in a diverse range of products, including 3 robotic mowers, 1 robotic ball picker, and GNSS RTK navigation equipment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, education, and customer support. This is a full-time position offering potential hybrid work arrangements, with up to 20% domestic and 5% international travel.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Master the installation, usage, and troubleshooting of all products.
- Train with design engineers, application engineers, sales managers, and service technicians for a well-rounded understanding.
- Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and chat for all robotics products.
- Serve as the main communication hub for customers, redirect issues as needed, and maintain a ticketing system to track resolutions.
- Create and manage training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, online modules, and videos.
- Lead in-person training for dealers, end users, and internal teams.
- Maintain the CRM for tickets and service knowledge base.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement with users.
- Write newsletters, bulletins, and marketing materials to support the dealer, distributor, and user network.
- Develop content to educate users and promote product features.
- Monitor product performance, identify trends in failures, and relay insights to the engineering team.
- Visit customer sites to collect feedback and objective test data.
- Develop internal tools to enhance operations through automation, analysis, or improved workflows.

Job Experience/Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, written/verbal communication, and educational content creation.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to product changes including mechanical and software.
Education: Associate’s degree or higher in engineering/technical disciplines or equivalent experience.
Travel: 20% domestic and 5% international travel.
