Manager of Talent Strategy and Design
Position Summary
Orlando Health is seeking a strategic and innovative Manager of Talent Strategy and Design to lead systemwide and service line-specific learning initiatives. This role will oversee the design and implementation of learning programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and support organizational performance and development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate talent strategy programs across the system and service lines.
- Manage a team of talent systems consultants and technical resources.
- Oversee the LMS and performance management tools to ensure efficiency and measurable learning outcomes.
- Act as the learning representative in merger and acquisition projects.
- Align learning programs with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate workgroups, forums, and committees to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with HR, operational leaders, and physicians to support learning initiatives.
- Use data analytics and evidence-based practices to inform program design and improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field or MBA required.
- A bachelor’s degree with 4 years of directly related experience may substitute for the master’s degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare-related experience, including:
- 3 years in program management/development or learning
- 3 years of LMS administration in a complex organization
