What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including file systems, paperwork, and company databases.
- Handle phone calls, client communication, and visitor assistance.
- Support the operations team with various tasks as needed.
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
- Perform other duties as directed by operations/management.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in oil and gas billing and administrative work is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the position.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Associate degree in business administration, office management, or related field is preferred.
