Overview
Location: Onsite – Eureka, MontanaEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 annually
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Admissions Counselor to join our team onsite in Eureka, MT. This full-time role will support the Admissions Director in managing incoming leads, guiding families through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition for new students into our program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families, educational consultants, and referring professionals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.
- Provide detailed information about the Chrysalis program, philosophy, and treatment approach.
- Assist families in navigating the admissions process, including application review, scheduling interviews, and coordinating intake logistics.
- Maintain accurate records in the admissions database and track lead activity.
- Collaborate with clinical, academic, and residential teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new students.
- Support the Admissions Director with administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or behavioral health settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Passion for helping families and making a difference in the lives of young people.
- Must pass federal and state background check
- Must pass drug screening
- Active State of Montana Driver's license
