Campus Operations Lead presso Sandals Church

Lead by example while creating an environment where people can figure out what it means to be real, and take next steps toward living and working out this vision in groups and on teams.

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and promote the vision of one Sandals Church in many locations.
• Oversee and regularly monitor the culture, environment and guest experience at your location.
• Lead strategies to increase attendance and improve retention.
• Love, lead, equip and empower volunteers to do what you do.
• Oversee all ministries within your campus to ensure they are effective and thriving.
• Build relationships with other organizations in the community and help coordinate local outreach and mission trips.
• Build, equip and develop a team of volunteers to own every element of the Guest Services ministry, from parking cars to finding seats- and all the details in between.
• Play a large role in the guest follow-up for your campus.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Pay Range: $23-$31/hour.
We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
