We are seeking a Game Support Representative (Product Replacement) who loves Wizards products and is passionate about customer service! This is an entry-level role that will represent Wizards of the Coast by interacting directly with our customers as well as processing and shipping products to consumers. This role is located at our headquarters in Renton, Washington
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service via email through our CRM.
- Leverage and be knowledgeable public-facing communications about products we release, and products released via partners.
- Assess damage and defects in products and determine if it meets the requirements to receive a replacement or refund.
- Receive, validate and coordinate delivery of damaged product to Quality Assurance.
- Process orders for shipping, both domestic and international.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues that are within the authority of this job using provided support documentation and recognize when issues must be elevated
- Improve customer sentiment after a poor product experience
- Assist with training on Product Replacement processes and tools.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience Creating and Casting these Spells:
- Customer Service: 2+ years’ experience working in consumer customer service. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an advanced understanding of customer service principles, skills, processes and techniques.
- Product Familiarity with Wizards of the Coast products, particularly physical Magic: the Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.
- An understanding of what customers genuinely care about with product issues they encounter.
- Ability to craft clear, customer-facing and internal communications with little to no grammatical errors
- Initiative: A willingness to investigate issues per documented processes and provide recommendations for updates as needed.
- Experience with inventory management, MS Office Suite, Zendesk, and Confluence a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalency is required. BA/BS degree preferred.
Additional Details:
Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role. The hourly range for this position is $20 to $25. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
