In this dynamic role, you’ll manage logistics for study tours and delegations, develop tailored engagement materials, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver high-impact international activities. You’ll also maintain partnership data, contribute to reporting and continuous improvement, and help align College priorities with international strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and bring experience in international education, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination — we’d love to hear from you.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, ideally within international education, partnerships, or recruitment contexts.

  • Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and the dynamics of global collaboration.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality outcomes under tight timelines.

  • High level of organisational and analytical skills, with experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
