As our next Team Manager – Afternoon Shift, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering team engagement, and ensuring we continue to deliver life-saving products to communities across Australia — accurately, efficiently, and safely.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, you’ll oversee warehouse operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring smooth workflows, team motivation, and top-tier performance across the board. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet safety, service, and performance targets

  • Manage a team responsible for fast, accurate order picking and dispatch

  • Drive productivity, quality, and customer service initiatives

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Monitor KPIs and report on team performance and operational effectiveness

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading in a fast-paced FMCG or multi-SKU warehouse environment

  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse tech (e.g., RF scanners, automation systems, SAP)

  • A high-security mindset and commitment to safety protocols

  • Exceptional leadership skills – you know how to motivate, support, and inspire a team

  • Experience implementing Health & Safety policies, including Return to Work programs
