As a key member of the Leadership Team, you’ll oversee warehouse operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring smooth workflows, team motivation, and top-tier performance across the board. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet safety, service, and performance targets
Manage a team responsible for fast, accurate order picking and dispatch
Drive productivity, quality, and customer service initiatives
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs and report on team performance and operational effectiveness
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience leading in a fast-paced FMCG or multi-SKU warehouse environment
Strong working knowledge of warehouse tech (e.g., RF scanners, automation systems, SAP)
A high-security mindset and commitment to safety protocols
Exceptional leadership skills – you know how to motivate, support, and inspire a team
Experience implementing Health & Safety policies, including Return to Work programs
