Job Purpose

Responsible to enhance & increase market share for spare parts for profit in line with the company targets

Key Responsibilities

Work towards strengtning and improve the sales of spare parts in the regionEffectively manage inventory for spare parts in the country.Focus on customer satisfaction keeping in line with the brand for quality experience & sustain consistent growthWork closely with the After Sales Head to assess and improve the susequent needs and improve exsisting processes for profit.Mentor & drive a team to develop and implement a strong and relevant reporting framework to measure quantitatively – and demonstrate qualitatively – outputs, outcomes and impactsEnsure the department achieves desired CSI rankWill be responsible for relationship management with channel partners, suppliers & dealer service development in order to maximize business opportunitiesLead, develop & mentor the team to ensure high standards of service delivery and adherence to timelinesGain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and recommend requirementsReview sales performance against monthly targets, aiming to meet or exceed targetsEnsure timely collection of the sales executed

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Addition degree in sales and marketing will be preferred
