 We are seeking a motivated IT professional to provide front-line support and systems administration for our organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for IT/IS needs, ensuring end users receive timely support while maintaining and improving core infrastructure. You will work hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure services, ERP (Epicor 10.2), and network systems, while also contributing to automation initiatives, system upgrades, and security best practices. This position offers the opportunity to grow technical depth across infrastructure, cloud, and business systems while making a direct impact on day-to-day operations

Job Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary IT/IS support contact for all end users.

· Handle user onboarding and offboarding across all systems.

· Troubleshoot, document, and train users on IT/IS systems and processes.

· Assist in administering and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.

· Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows PCs and laptops, including OS imaging and software setup.

· Support and help drive automation for deployments, onboarding, and offboarding.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

· Assist in administering Azure services, including identity management and resource provisioning.

· Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

· Recommend and implement improvements to hardware, software, policies, and workflows.

· Provide basic ERP (Epicor 10.2) administration and integrate with other IT systems.

· Collaborate with IT staff on upgrades, security patches, and backup strategies.

· Configure and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs).

· Respond to IT tickets in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  Minimum Qualifications:

· 2 + years of proven experience as an IT/IS specialist, IT/IS Engineer, or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 end user deployments.

· Proficiency in managing Windows, Azure (Entra) Active Directory, and Group Policy.

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

· Experience in deploying and managing desktops and laptops in a business environment.

· Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficiency with scripting or query language(s) preferred (C# and/or SQL)

· Experience with Power BI

· Experience with network management, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN.

· Familiarity with tools like SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, or similar.

· Certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

· ERP (Epicor) implementation, upgrade, or module integration experience preferred

· Business analyst experience preferred

MRP experience preferred 

  

Physical Demands:

· Occasionally lift or move to 30 lbs. 

· Regularly required to stand, bend, climb and reach 

· Ability to walk, stand, and move within the manufacturing facility.

· Capable of wearing personal protective equipment as required.
