What You’ll Do:
- Analyze customer portfolios to identify trade-in and upgrade opportunities.
- Reach out to current customers to present personalized upgrade options.
- Build strong relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive showroom traffic and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
