Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Apartments team. You will provide support and assistance to management in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility in project outcomes.
- Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM.
- Understand and assist in preparations of feasibility and can update and report under supervision.
- Work with other departments to achieve objectives.
- Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research and planning activities.
Your point of difference
To be successful you will be suitably qualified and have development industry experience, ideally working on apartments/built form projects. You will have good communication, decision-making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills and a great attitude for learning and developing your career in development.
