Our opportunity

As Senior Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Contracts Manager to lead and be accountable for the Commercial and Risk Management outcome of the project under your control. Including:

• Provide accurate and timely commercial, contractual, cost management and cost reporting on the project.
• Responsible for mentoring and continuously improving the Commercial Acumen of all project team members.
• Maximise Mirvac Develop for Value pillars, the purpose is alignment of Brief, Design and Cost Plan at all stages.
• Alignment and teamwork between Development, Design and Construction to form one team on relevant site is paramount and to engage yourself within the team accordingly.
• Maintain a positive working environment that is conducive to ensuring the Group's HSE and industrial relations polices are implemented.
• Support the growth and development of team members by ensuring an environment where their full business potential can be achieved.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will be professionally qualified with solid industry experience working on large building projects ($80mil+) and understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to Head Contract and subcontractors across broad range of contracting models (e.g D&C, Cost Plus, Fixed Lump Sum, etc). In addition, you will understand the risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements and requirements.

You will have strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to foster a strong culture in-line with Mirvac's key values and be passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate.
