The Technology Business Solutions Partner will be accountable for the stakeholder management between HR, legal, client-facing teams and corporate functions and the Information Technology (IT) teams, helping to support stakeholders with business analysis and solution support.
This position combines technical business analysis, business engagement through proactive partnering, vendor management, solution design and application-level support. It plays a critical role in enabling the organisation’s client services and corporate functions to operate efficiently, while aligning to broader enterprise technology strategy and governance principles.
The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to understand and define solutions which meet requirements for supporting financial services institutions and corporate business units including experience with HRIS, CRM, Finance and / or Legal platforms.
TCorp would like to hear from candidates with a degree in computing, commerce, or mathematics discipline as well as a minimum of five years IT experience gained from an applications support, architectural role or a cyber / governance role. Experience designing and delivering solutions involving Amazon and/or Microsoft cloud technologies to a Borrowing / Investment Management business (or similar) is essential.
