Job Description

As a Field Installation Technician at WeLink, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment such as radios, modems, routers, and cables. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. You will work in residential settings, including rooftops, ladders, and inside customers' homes. Basic networking knowledge for router configuration is essential. Technicians will interact with WeLink customers daily, maintaining a professional appearance and delivering excellent service.

Experience/Qualifications

• Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights
• Ability to climb ladders with equipment
• 6+ months of similar experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Ability to safely lift 75 lbs
• Proficient in using safety equipment
• Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry
• Comfortable working with computers
• Experience in satellite, cable, or telecommunications
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Valid Driver's License (will operate a company vehicle)
• Must be 21 or older
• Must be open to working Tues. - Saturday
