We are seeking a skilled and versatile Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team while also assisting with marketing and social media efforts. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, contribute to special projects, and provide backup assistance for reception and mailroom duties.  Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist the management team with special projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Support marketing and social media initiatives , scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
  • Provide backup support for reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
