We are seeking a skilled and versatile Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team while also assisting with marketing and social media efforts. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, contribute to special projects, and provide backup assistance for reception and mailroom duties. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist the management team with special projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Support marketing and social media initiatives , scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Provide backup support for reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
