Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-I Workforce Solutions—online training tools, including a learning management system designed for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing.

We are seeking a driven and outgoing Cold Calling Sales Rep who thrives on connecting with people, starting meaningful conversations, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. If you're energized by outbound outreach and helping companies solve real problems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches to introduce prospects to our products
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for our Account Executive team
• Speak confidently with company owners, safety directors, and transportation managers across multiple industries
• Research companies and contacts to personalize outreach and identify decision-makers
• Maintain accurate activity records and track results in our CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Help build the pipeline that fuels the company's growth 

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, or lead generation (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with phone calls and proactive outreach
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn CRM and sales engagement tools
• A positive, energetic attitude and a desire to grow within our organization
