Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and meet goals by acquiring new business accounts
- Develop and quality leads
- Meet with prospective customers, conduct presentations, and prepare agreements
- Gain competitive insight of prospects and competitors in the Detroit market/territory
- Assist the service team to provide seamless transition and perfect first-day delivery to new customers
- Maintain notes and documentation in a CRM tool
- Expected to travel (in your company vehicle) to the Battle Creek office once/week for staff meetings (often done virtually)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000+
- Uncapped Commission (Your hustle = Your reward)
- Car stipend, laptop, business cards, uniforms, and cell phone provided

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
✓ Natural relationship builder
✓ Sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred, but not required)
✓ Driven self-starter
✓ Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
✓ Valid driver's license
✓ Tech-comfortable (CRM navigation)
✓ College degree preferred, not mandatory
